All beast genetics belts are measured to be worn around your waist. Measurements are indicative and may vary.
Please ensure the address for your order shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation are correct. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. Strongheld Equipment & Apparel Ltd cannot accommodate all address change requests and takes no responsibility for orders posted to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
Secure Payment Options
Strongheld Equipment & Apparel provide PayPal for a faster and safer way to make payments online. With PayPal, you can make secure payments online and you don't have to worry about sharing financial information. You can choose to pay using your PayPal account balances, bank accounts, credit or debit cards and you don't even need your own PayPal account. PayPal processes payment so as soon as you pay, so we can process your order that day. We also provide Direct Debit via our Bank Account if you prefer however please note processing may take a little longer depending which bank you are with etc.
Custom belts take 6-8 weeks upon payment being received; this is due to the manufacturing process. During this time, we will try keep you up to date as much as possible however these times are not guaranteed unless we say so otherwise. Please be sure that the belt you are ordering is the correct type and will fit you as they are made to order they can’t be returned.
Strongheld Equipment & Apparel Ltd are committed to customer satisfaction. If there is a major defect with the product, we may issue a replacement item. If the customer selects the wrong size belt, Strongheld Equipment & Apparel Ltd will swap the product over however both shipping cost MUST be covered by the customer, this includes shipping to Strongheld HQ and also back to the customers address.
To contact us about any return simply email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days of receipt of our product; please ensure you attach a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase.
We do not refund based on change of mind, ordered the incorrect product, damaged product by misuse, or result from usual wear and tear.
